South Sound Studios — Space Rental Agreement

This agreement is entered into between South Sound Studios (“Studio”) and the signatory (“Client”). By signing, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made through the website at studiossouthsound.com/spacerental. All visits are by appointment only. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. Payment is accepted via CliQ transfer only — Name: “South Sound”, Bank: Etihad Bank. Payment must be completed at the time of booking or no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. If payment is not received in time, the Studio reserves the right to cancel the booking or reassign the slot without prior notice.

2. Overtime & Extensions

Sessions must end at their scheduled time. Overtime extensions are only possible if no other booking immediately follows. Any overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Permitted up to 48 hours in advance at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted and no refund will be issued.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of the start time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. Arriving late does not extend the session. Sessions always end at the original scheduled time.

4. Studio Access & PIN

Upon payment confirmation, the Client receives a unique door access PIN by email. The PIN is valid for the booked session only and must not be shared. Maximum occupancy is 5 persons at any time. The studio is open daily 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM including Fridays.

5. Studio Rules

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind — cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, shisha — is strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate session termination with no refund, plus any applicable cleaning costs.

No Food: Food and meals are not permitted inside the recording space. Sealed beverages in closed containers are permitted. Any spills must be reported immediately.

Equipment: All studio equipment must be handled with care. Clients must not attempt to move, reconfigure, or repair any equipment. Unauthorised tampering may result in damage charges.

General Conduct: South Sound Studios reserves the right to terminate any session involving disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour without refund.

6. Memberships

Memberships are valid for 30 calendar days from purchase. Unused hours do not roll over. Sessions must be scheduled in advance using the Membership ID. Memberships are non-transferable. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be deducted from the balance.

7. Damages & Cleaning

The Client is responsible for the studio condition during their session. Minor cleaning: 25 JOD. Major cleaning or stains: 50 JOD. Equipment damage will be assessed and charged before departure. Failure to pay damages will result in a permanent ban and may result in legal action.

8. Lost & Found

South Sound Studios is not responsible for personal items left behind. Small items held for 14 days; larger items for 3 days. Uncollected items will be donated or disposed of.

9. Content & Privacy

The Client retains full ownership of all content created during their session. By signing, the Client grants South Sound Studios permission to repost or feature their content with credit. Clients who do not wish their content to be shared must notify the Studio in writing before the session. Personal data is used solely for booking management and is not shared with third parties.

10. Liability

The Client is fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group. South Sound Studios is not liable for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses during the session. No insurance coverage is provided.

11. Electronic Signature

By typing your full name and checking the box below, you confirm that you have read and understood this entire agreement and agree to be bound by all terms herein. This constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under Jordanian law. The timestamp and booking details are recorded as legal proof of agreement.
